Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested into 12 kg boxes, then cooled to 5 °C and carefully selected the following day. After destemming and crushing, maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 20 and 24 °C. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, adding structure, complexity, and elegance.

A structured, intense, and elegant red wine with aromatic depth and strong gastronomic potential.

Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested into 12 kg boxes and cooled to 5 °C. After selection, they are destemmed and crushed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 20 and 24 °C, producing a fresh and balanced rosé.
Tasting profile:
A vibrant and refreshing rosé with excellent versatility at the table.
Ideal serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
