Tchissola Red Reserva 2019

Classification: IGP Algarve
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Grape varieties: Touriga Franca, Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil type: Clay and Limestone

Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested into 12 kg boxes, then cooled to 5 °C and carefully selected the following day. After destemming and crushing, maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 20 and 24 °C. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, adding structure, complexity, and elegance.

Tasting profile:
A structured, intense, and elegant red wine with aromatic depth and strong gastronomic potential.

Ideal serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C

Tchissola Viognier

Alcohol content: 13.5%
Grape variety: Viognier
Soil type: Clay and Limestone

Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested and cooled to 5 °C. After careful selection, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures between 20 and 24 °C, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity.

Tasting profile:
A vibrant and aromatic white wine with floral notes and stone fruit flavors, offering a smooth and elegant finish.

Ideal serving temperature: 10 – 13 °C

Tchissola Rosé

Classification: IGP Algarve
Alcohol content: 12,5%
Grape variety: Syrah, Touriga Franca, Castelão
Soil type: Clay and Limestone

Winemaking:

Grapes are hand-harvested into 12 kg boxes and cooled to 5 °C. After selection, they are destemmed and crushed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 20 and 24 °C, producing a fresh and balanced rosé.

Tasting profile:

A vibrant and refreshing rosé with excellent versatility at the table.

Ideal serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
