Tchissola Wines provides a complaints channel, Sharing, which guarantees the monitoring, investigation, and response to your complaints, anonymously and impartially.

 

Sharing – Complaints Channel welcomes reports of bad practices and/or questionable practices on matters covered by the legislation approved by Law No. 93/2021 of December 20. All employees, customers, suppliers, or other interested parties can use this channel.
